Booking your tickets
To reserve seats or book tickets, call the box office on 01635 244246 between 10:00 and 16:30, pop into the Arts Centre or visit our town centre box office at Mary Hare Hearing Cenre, 10 Weavers Walk, Newbury, RG14 1AL. You can also email boxoffice@arlingtonarts.co.uk stating your full name, address, and details of the show you would like to book for.
All reservations will be held for 5 working days, or until 2 days before the performance (whichever is sooner). Unpaid reservations may be cancelled without prior notice after this time. We will be pleased to accept card payments by phone.
Posting Tickets
Tickets can also be purchased (cash/cheque sales only) from Mary Hare Hearing Centre,
10 Weavers Walk,Newbury, Berkshire (Tel: 01635 523343).

Refunds and Exchanges
Once you have paid for your tickets we are unable to make refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another night of the same performance (where possible) for an administration fee of £1 per ticket. Tickets to sold out shows may be left at the Box Office for possible resale. Resale cannot be guaranteed.
Community Performances
Please note that performances marked with a * are performed by community groups and as a result Arlington Arts Centre cannot accept responsibility for their content.
Discounts
Discounted tickets are available to children under 16, students in full time education, senior citizens (men and women aged 60 and above), people who are registered disabled and those on benefits. Proof of eligibility is required.
Data Protection
When processing your booking box office staff will ask you for your name, address and telephone number. This information is for administrative purposes and may be used to keep you informed of forthcoming events. You may receive information from the event promoter. We may also pass on your details fo carefully selected companies performing at Arlington Arts Centre. Please let us know if you do not want your details to be used in one or any of these ways and your wishes will be respected.
